“Albèrgo nuovo, situato in zona strategica vicino le principali arterie. Stanza grande, servizio quasi inesistente, pulizia poca... Addirittura la stanza è stata pulita 2 volte in 6 giorni, così come il cambio biancheria”

“Good location, a lot of restaurants, shopping, starbucks, etc. nearby. This hotel has a restaurant and bar on site. Pretty basic bar food and the service is quite slow. Nice team members though, I just think they are understaffed. I've stayed here a couple of times but won't stay here again. I had a very moldy shower liner, with black mold on it. I brought it to the front desks' attention, and they said they would change out the liner. When I came back that evening it still wasn't changed...

“The bed was the hardest bed ever, the ac barely worked, the room smelled of mold. It was extremely noisy from 5 am on. The worst hotel I've stayed at. The staff had great customer service.”

“Clean room and nice shower. Quiet in the corridor at night and early morning. Good variety of breakfast options. The parking lot is configured in a way that can require extra care when backing out of certain spaces. That was partly due to several large trucks and trucks with trailers parking across multiple spaces. We stayed 3 nights and requested a one hour late checkout on our last day. We were very adamantly, albeit politely, refused.”

“Expedia did not relay accurate information from the hotel when we had to delay our check in by one day. When we tried to check in the hotel reception told Expedia it would be considered a no show. So we went to another hotel. Apparently Expedia has staff that are not to be trusted to accurately relay information. We will no longer use Expedia.”

“Checkin was as expected. Room was very clean, but in poorly maintained condition. The TV and stations offered were fine. The window would not latch/lock. There were extra security bolts in place, but didn't look installed properly to prevent any serious break-in attempt. There was barbed wire around the parking lot fence and the stairs to the second level were not in a public visible area. It didn't really feel safe. I reported the problem with the window at check out, but the staff either...

“We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites Hillsboro. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were helpful and polite. The evening reception and breakfast are nice extras. We would definitely stay there again when in the area.”

“Not booking at Staybridge ever again. I booked my suite at least 3 weeks before our stay only to be told upon arrival that they canceled our reservation because they were overbooked and didn't have the cleaning staff. I asked what we were supposed to do now and they said, "I'm sorry, I don't know." They didn't offer to help find us a new place to stay and couldn't explain why our reservation was one of the (multiple) ones that were canceled when I booked 3 weeks ago. Found a Hilton Garden Inn...
